Requirements:
- Experience in Security, Open Source software business models, proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software.
- 5+ years of strategic sales and customer development experience with a successful track record.
- Strong ability to create and execute business plans and forecasts.
- Excellent executive presence and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in high growth companies requiring critical thinking and problem solving.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, Slack, and Tableau.
- Native-like proficiency in Swedish language.
Responsibilities:
- Engage new and existing strategic enterprise accounts to demonstrate software portfolio value.
- Lead coordinated sales efforts with dedicated teams and partners.
- Conduct complex sales campaigns involving multiple departments.
- Align our solutions to meet customer business needs and technical requirements.
- Use solution selling techniques with existing customers and prospects.
- Articulate company vision and product positioning.
- Develop a robust pipeline for revenue and new customers.
- Provide weekly business forecasts.
- Qualify opportunities based on MEDDPICC framework.
- Coordinate with management and deals teams for contract execution.
