Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in selling technology, with a preference for SaaS solutions.
- Experience in leading existing accounts as an Account Executive (AE), Account Manager (AM), or Customer Success Manager (CSM) with an expansion quota.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience handling a high-velocity sales process effectively.

- Conducting monthly and quarterly account reviews to assess performance and identify new opportunities.
- Prospecting within existing accounts to proactively find new sales opportunities.
- Cross-selling and up-selling Sinch's product portfolio to increase account value.
- Managing a high-velocity sales funnel to drive transactions efficiently.
- Leading the overall customer lifecycle journey to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Forecasting account growth on a monthly basis to track objectives.
