Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience in selling technology, with a preference for SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in leading existing accounts as an Account Executive (AE), Account Manager (AM), or Customer Success Manager (CSM) with an expansion quota.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience handling a high-velocity sales process effectively.

  • Prospecting within existing accounts to proactively find new sales opportunities.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling Sinch's product portfolio to increase account value.
  • Managing a high-velocity sales funnel to drive transactions efficiently.
  • Leading the overall customer lifecycle journey to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Forecasting account growth on a monthly basis to track objectives.
