Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• At least one year of experience managing a software engineering team.
• Experience working on a compliance-focused team at some point in your career.
• Demonstrable people management experience, including coaching and performance evaluation.
• Comfort with backend server development and SQL.
• Experience managing daily team work, facilitating meetings, and ensuring learning from past experiences.
• Experience collaborating with a product manager on OKRs and task assignments.
