Requirements:

• Proficient writing and grammar skills in English.
• Proven experience in creating minimalistic self-help resources.
• Experience with structured content, specifically DITA XML.
• Experience with standard operating systems (macOS, Windows) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Good understanding of software development processes.
• Proven interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with teams.
• Self-starter able to work efficiently under limited supervision in a remote environment.
• Ability to provide writing samples demonstrating technical writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create, publish, and maintain professional digital content (articles, user guides, etc.) for the Product Support Site to assist customers.
• Collaborate with product, development, support, and marketing teams to prepare for releases and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze metrics to guide strategic content decisions and identify gaps in support resources.
• Assist in defining writing styles and terminology through the development of a comprehensive style guide.
• Coordinate content translations to support global market growth.
