Requirements:

• Electro-Mechanical degree (extra knowledge in automation is an advantage).
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and remain professional under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with a high level of commitment and problem-solving skills.
• Foreign language proficiency in English at a middle level and Romanian.

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting, checking, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Assuring preventative service visits at customer sites based on maintenance plans or prompt service requests and providing feedback afterwards.
• Supporting installation of equipment or related components.
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and conducting safety checks.
• Providing regular training to customers on safe and proper equipment use.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when necessary.
• Attending EHS sessions and workshops or new equipment launches as required.
