Learn about the company, teams, and vision during onboarding. Get familiar with the application, accounting concepts, code stack, and CI/CD. Integrate into a squad and understand its scope, roles, and responsibilities. Work on "good first issues" to get familiar with the dev environment and tools. Participate in building and shipping features to production. Bring value and new ideas to the squad. Take ownership and gain responsibilities on features or projects. Work on cross-team or transversal initiatives. Participate in scaling the Pennylane application.
