Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in web UX or product design with a strong portfolio.
• High proficiency in design fundamentals including layout, color, typography, and tone.
• Ability to improve design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Experience working closely with software engineers and a basic understanding of web development.
• Proficient in modern digital design practices and tools like Figma.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Expand and mature our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across various digital platforms.
• Deliver user-centered designs including user flows and prototypes informed by research.
• Lead projects and coordinate with peers cross-functionally.
