Requirements:
Bilingual-French Canadian. Must reside in Georgia. Previous experience in a customer support role. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Ability to multitask, and manage multiple incidents at a time. Must own computer and headset. High School Diploma.
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner. Follow communication 'FAQs scripts' when handling different topics. Identify caller's needs, clarify information, and provide guidance. De-escalate a caller when agitated.
