Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for gig workers, answering their inquiries and promptly resolving issues. Provide detailed information about the platform and services to gig workers and potential users. Assist users in navigating the application and connecting them with available shifts. Document and track all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times. Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information.
