Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for gig workers, answering their inquiries and promptly resolving issues.
  • Provide detailed information about the platform and services to gig workers and potential users.
  • Assist users in navigating the application and connecting them with available shifts.
  • Document and track all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information.
