Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts and managing renewals.
- Identify and resolve client issues proactively to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Assist in onboarding new clients with necessary resources.
- Gather and relay client feedback for service improvement.
