Requirements
- 10+ years of production, development, and product management experience on a live game as a service product.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Must have shipped multiple successful titles, with experience in large-scale live operations.
- Strong knowledge of F2P GaaS economy design and service operations.
- Experience with data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly process-driven, expert in SDLC with a proven track record.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall direction and success of the studio as a business unit.
- Lead the team in establishing and guiding the long-term vision and direction of the game IP.
- Own the vision for product, process, practices, people, and tools across the franchise.
- Establish and drive execution of the business plan.
- Partner with department leaders to maintain product vision, staffing, schedule, and budget.
- Manage live game services and operations, and content production.
- Explore new game opportunities with the studio’s core IP.
- Oversee studio staffing and drive financial performance.
