Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations.
• Strong background in professional services or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with WMS integrations, particularly with OMS, TMS, ERP, and e-commerce systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in software configuration and customization.
• Experience in providing end-user training and post-launch support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Logiwa’s FMS solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and workflows.
• Work with project managers to create and update project plans and timelines.
• Configure and document the FMS solution to align with client needs.
• Provide training to end users on the FMS platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges for a smooth go-live process.
• Manage schedules and deliverables, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
