Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations.
• Strong background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with WMS integrations with OMS, TMS, ERP, and e-commerce systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in software configuration and customization.
• Experience in providing end-user training and post-launch support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Logiwa’s FMS solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor the FMS solution.
• Work with project managers to update project plans and timelines.
• Configure, test, and document the FMS solution for client integration.
• Provide end-user training and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
• Manage schedules and deliverables, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide post-implementation support and optimize processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse and fulfillment functionalities.
• Continuously improve implementation processes for Logiwa FMS deployments.
