Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations.
- Strong background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with WMS integrations with OMS, TMS, ERP, and e-commerce systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder collaboration.
- Proficiency in software configuration and customization.
- Experience in providing end-user training and post-launch support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Logiwa’s FMS solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor the FMS solution.
- Work with project managers to update project plans and timelines.
- Configure, test, and document the FMS solution for client integration.
- Provide end-user training and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
- Manage schedules and deliverables, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimize processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse and fulfillment functionalities.
- Continuously improve implementation processes for Logiwa FMS deployments.
