Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Arizona is required.
- Ability to practice independently is necessary.
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient with autonomy in scheduling and therapy types.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
