Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC).
- Must be able to practice independently in the state of Arizona.
- Licensure in Massachusetts and/or Colorado is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with physicians and other mental health professionals.
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions.
- Perform individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
- Handle clinical care and documentation following sessions, while the support team manages billing and collections.
