Requirements

Completion of an accredited program and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Arizona.
Ability to practice independently.
Licensure in Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
Customize the care for each individual patient, maintaining autonomy in patient interaction frequency and duration.
Focus on providing individual, family, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.
Manage your schedule for optimal work/life balance while focusing on patient care without extra on-call responsibilities.
