Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Arizona.
- Ability to practice independently.
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Focus on individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.
- Customize the care for each patient based on individual needs.
- Manage clinical care and documentation, with back-office support for billing and collections.
