Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort working with clients with diverse issues.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose clients, and create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including treatment plan reviews and case notes as per company policy.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with care providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings.
