Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Woburn, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Comfort working with clients with diverse issues.

Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients. Create and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Complete ongoing progress documentation as per company policy. Collaborate with a dynamic team to improve community mental health access. Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals. Attend necessary clinical meetings and participate in training.
