Requirements:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and creative approach to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with clients with diverse problems.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Coordinate with other care providers, families, and school staff as needed.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
