Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and creative approach to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with clients with diverse problems.
- Pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
