Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Westfield, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative and creative approach to meet deadlines. Ability to work with clients with diverse problems. Pass a background check.

Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy. Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals. Coordinate with other care providers, families, and school staff as needed. Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
