Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and treatment plan reviews.
• Provide quality care and collaborate with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
