Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with diverse client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill the organization's mission.
- Prepare individual session documentation as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate services with families and other care providers.
- Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
