Requirements
- Hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from an institution accredited by CSWE.
- Hold an LCSW license and multiple state licenses.
- Have experience treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
- Have a private office and dependable internet access.
- Provide at least 15 hours per week and offer daytime appointments.
- Have experience with evidence-based therapies; CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing are strongly preferred.
- Be able to plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing treatment interventions according to standards of practice and state standards.
- Assess patients and use clinical judgment to determine their eligibility to use Virtual Reality Headsets.
- Develop remote monitoring and training plans based on initial evaluations.
- Monitor patient performance and adjust training plans according to progress and data analytics.
- Conduct follow-ups, reevaluations, and discharges according to patient progress and data analytics.
- Set goals that match patient abilities and are realistically attainable.
- Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility procedures.
- Send progress reports to referring physicians when needed.
