Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Arizona is required.
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient, determining frequency and duration of sessions.
- Perform individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
