Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlines.
- Familiarity working with clients with a diverse range of problems or concerns.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team to fill gaps in mental health services.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
