Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with clients with diverse problems and concerns
- Pass a background check to ensure safe care
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including treatment plans and case notes
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team
- Utilize creativity in interventions for client goal achievement
- Coordinate services with care providers, families, and other personnel
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
