Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Arizona is required.
- Ability to practice independently is mandatory.
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- The interdisciplinary health care team includes various licensed professionals.
- Customize care for each patient with autonomy regarding session frequency and length.
- Conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
