Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Arizona.
- Ability to practice independently.
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions.
- Conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.
- Focus on patient's care without extra on-call responsibilities.
- Handle clinical care and documentation, with support from a back-office team for billing and administration.
