Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) is required.
- Ability to practice independently in the state of Arizona; licensure in Massachusetts and/or Colorado is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with various health professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Customize care for each patient, determining frequency and duration of therapy sessions.
- Deliver individual psychotherapy, with potential for family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.
