Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Arizona is required.
- Ability to practice independently.
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize the care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions.
- Conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.
- Focus on patient care while a support team handles administrative tasks.
