Responsibilities:
- Execute and refine outbound strategies targeting decision-makers within various industries.
- Build a consistent pipeline of quality leads through proactive outreach including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Develop and optimize outbound processes including messaging, engagement sequences, and qualification criteria.
- Manage leads and track activities using HubSpot, analyzing data to refine tactics.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and success teams to align messaging and provide insights for lead quality.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer pain points.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, iterating outreach methods based on data.
