Requirements:

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
• Familiarity with MEP service models and providers is a plus.
• NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to manage a book of business proactively and independently.
• High level of critical thinking and commitment to lifelong learning.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate.
• Manage a caseload of MEP adopters, with a workload split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans.
• Exemplify superior client service and consult with clients regarding plan operation and design.
• Work collaboratively with other Nova departments and advisors to ensure a great client experience.
• Document all client interactions in the workflow management system.
• Proactively communicate with MEP clients and investment advisors about industry developments.
