Requirements
- Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
- Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
- Familiarity with MEP service models and providers is a plus.
- NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to manage a book of business proactively and independently.
- High level of critical thinking and commitment to lifelong learning.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate.
- Manage a caseload of MEP adopters, with a workload split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans.
- Exemplify superior client service and consult with clients regarding plan operation and design.
- Work collaboratively with other Nova departments and advisors to ensure a great client experience.
- Document all client interactions in the workflow management system.
- Proactively communicate with MEP clients and investment advisors about industry developments.
