Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering solutions on the Azure platform.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Data Pipelines, OneLake, and Synapse Real-Time Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.
- Advanced SQL, Python, Spark and data modeling skills, including experience with ELT/ETL workflows.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer), Fabric (DP-600, DP-700) certifications, and Databricks certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assess data platform requirements and business needs.
- Recommend tailored solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric technologies.
- Architect end-to-end data solutions leveraging Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Pipelines, and Synapse Pipelines.
- Create and implement robust dimensional models that support reporting and analytics.
- Leverage services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Power BI, and Fabric's OneLake.
- Implement and manage data governance.
- Create comprehensive documentation.
- Train and support clients on the effective use of Azure and Fabric-based solutions.
- Stay current with updates and trends in Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
- Maintain a minimum billable utilization of 75%.
