Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience as a localization sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director within the Localization Industry.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and position products against competitors.
• Demonstrable experience in net new sales and creating client-focused solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the localization process and translation workflow tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Partner with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
• Report and act on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts and prospective accounts.
• Own and hit/exceed annual assigned sales targets for new business growth.
• Build and maintain pipeline to 3 x annual target and keep CRM and associated tools up to date.
