Requirements:
  • Must live in Wisconsin
  • Typing at least 60 words per minute.
  • Extremely comfortable with computers and the internet, including the ability to multitask in 20+ browser tabs and windows simultaneously.
  • The ability to answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and live chats in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Communicating clearly: both orally and in writing.
  • Reliable internet must be Fiber Optic, Cable, or DSL; other types of internet service will not work.
Responsibilities:
  • MUST be comfortable taking phone calls and handling customer issues.
  • Triaging and documenting phone, email, and chat interactions with the outside world.
  • Recommending poultry breeds and products.
  • Implementing solutions relating to products, orders, and complaints.

  • Adding and retrieving information to/from spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining product availability.
  • Making sure orders are sensible each time an order is reviewed.
  • Navigating several tabs and software platforms simultaneously.
