Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager or owner in an agile environment.
- Experience with modern SaaS products.
- Passion and experience in user research and UX.
- Proven ability to influence people internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business and technical aptitude.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap and product releases/milestones.
- Engage with customers for user research and formulate/customer-problem-product hypotheses.
- Maintain a high-quality product backlog and facilitate breaking down larger projects into user stories.
- Incorporate user insights into product discussions.
- Collaborate closely with UX design and engineers.
- Manage product communications and documentation.
- Partner with sales and support teams as a product expert.
