  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager or owner in an agile environment.
  • Experience with modern SaaS products.
  • Passion and experience in user research and UX.
  • Proven ability to influence people internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business and technical aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Manage the product roadmap and product releases/milestones.
  • Engage with customers for user research and formulate/customer-problem-product hypotheses.
  • Maintain a high-quality product backlog and facilitate breaking down larger projects into user stories.
  • Incorporate user insights into product discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with UX design and engineers.
  • Manage product communications and documentation.
  • Partner with sales and support teams as a product expert.
