Requirements
- History of technical ownership for significant engineering projects.
- 3+ years of full-time, full-stack web application development experience across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- 3+ years of experience building backend services and APIs with frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Django, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and visualization in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
- Solid understanding of web APIs, networking fundamentals, and database principles.
- Positive attitude toward challenges and determination to solve problems in a startup environment.
- Proven ability to take product ownership and deliver successful results.
- Keen eye for product and user experience.
- Interest in learning and adopting new tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deliver new functionality in the web-based version of the core product.
- Build robust backend APIs, data models, and systems supporting both frontend and iOS app.
- Develop the product vision and implement strategy for data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with team members, encouraging direct and constructive feedback.
