• Minimum of one-year experience as a licensed MLO
• Possess an NMLS license in good standing
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to structure loans
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365

Responsibilities:

• Convert company provided leads into completed applications
• Pre-qualify applicants and obtain required documentation
• Sell borrowers on all material loan terms
• Overcome borrower objections
• Maintain borrower commitment through funding
