Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist on Growth teams or initiatives.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Hex.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with growth metrics in mobile and/or consumer social products.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of frameworks and metrics to quantify and track the health of our growth ecosystem.
• Conduct deep strategic analyses and opportunity sizing to address complex growth questions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with marketing teams to analyze and optimize user acquisition strategies.
• Design and apply causal inference techniques to evaluate growth initiatives.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of data infrastructure.
• Bolster the experimentation platform and oversee A/B testing processes.
• Establish and promote data science best practices within the organization.
• Support various teams with data-driven insights and foster a culture of data literacy.
