• BA or BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of Business Development experience.
• Proven experience in the Environmental Remediation, Geotechnical and Heavy Civil Construction Industry.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Experience leading direct reports in business development.

Responsibilities:

• Builds and strengthens market position by establishing and closing business relationships.
• Leads sales planning on a territory and account basis for long-term growth.
• Manages key client accounts and ensures exceptional service aligns with business objectives.
• Identifies relationships with decision-makers and secures deals to expand market presence.
• Grows and maintains opportunities to align with financial targets and business development goals.
• Plans and oversees new marketing initiatives to support business development.
