Requirements:

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Experience in government consulting, federal programs, or mission-driven work
• Willingness to learn and utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or other platforms
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of federal policies, compliance standards, or financial systems a plus

Responsibilities:

• Support federal and financial programs
• Lead or support program delivery across functional areas
• Evaluate loan files, assess risk, and ensure documentation meets federal funding requirements
• Assess workflows and develop solutions to increase efficiency and compliance
• Conduct reviews for regulatory alignment, program integrity, and fraud risk
• Oversee multi-workstream delivery in federal programs
