Requirements
- 1+ year of recent experience in a Product Owner role plus 3+ years of previous hands-on technical experience in a cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Able to read architecture diagrams and break down infrastructure work into user stories.
- 3+ years working in an agile environment, strong agile mindset.
- Self-starter with focus on PEOPLE and BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Technical certification in a cloud technology: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- CSPO, CSM, or related Scrum certifications preferred.
- SAFe knowledge preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with various product teams, BA’s, testers, etc. to understand product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epic stories into features and user stories that can be understood and approved by members of the development team.
- Lead/facilitate product backlog refinement.
- Provide support to the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing and organization, user acceptance testing, etc.
- Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with technical and non-technical team members.
