Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry, focusing on Real World Evidence.
- In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices.
- Proven track record of driving strategic growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong network of contacts in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Extensive experience leading and managing a sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption and sales of Real World Evidence solutions.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and payer organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, and align offerings to their needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized proposals highlighting Real World Evidence solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales activities and revenue projections.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
