- Minimum of 5 years with bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, or related STEM degree.
- Experience with biometric matching technologies and systems.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government agency level clearance (the DHS EOD, which must be obtained prior to starting).

- Conduct directed technical reviews and technology trade-off analyses for emerging technologies, AWS services, and biometric tools.
- Develop, update, and maintain the technology refresh roadmap, including all hardware and software assets.
- Perform message comparison analysis during Parallel Operations to identify and categorize message discrepancies.
- Support biometric system performance testing in non-production environments to optimize matching services.
- Develop, update, and maintain system design diagrams and documentation.
- Work independently and collaboratively in cross-team settings.
