Asset Management Analyst - Multifamily Real Estate

Prepare monthly and quarterly variance-to-budget analyses identifying operational and market drivers.
Partner with Property Management to identify performance gaps and validate budget assumptions.
Build and maintain Excel models for budget-vs-actual tracking and portfolio rollups.
Create detailed financial models for multifamily acquisitions and development projects.
Analyze property data including rent rolls, T-12s, and budgets to reforecast performance.
Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio reporting materials for internal and investor use.
Assist in due diligence processes and review of financial data.
Leverage AI tools to streamline underwriting and automate reporting workflows.
