Director of Higher Education Strategy & Implementation

Set and advance a cohesive higher education strategy aligned to institutional partnerships and student success goals.
Identify opportunities to adapt higher education models based on student needs and field-level trends.
Serve as a senior programmatic leader advancing the higher education agenda across advocacy campaigns and coalitions.
Partner with policy, research, and communication teams to align programming with broader economic mobility goals.
Build and lead a high-performing team including staff, fellows, and consultants.
Oversee grant-funded initiatives to ensure deliverables, reporting, and compliance requirements are met.

You will join a women-led, BIPOC-led, and immigrant-led 501c3 organization. We equip undocumented youth with tools to reform themselves and their institutions, fostering brighter futures. Our work spans personal development, institutional changes, and policy advocacy. We have secured grants from foundations like ECMC and Truist to further our mission.
