- Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, scope solutions, build proposals, and design implementation approaches.
- Lead discovery sessions with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to uncover challenges and map them to the platform, focusing on patient flow and care operations.
- Deliver demos, solution presentations, and PoCs that connect the technology to clinical and financial outcomes.
- Answer technical questions on sales calls about data architecture, APIs, security, and integrations, and follow up with written answers for RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews.
- Design integration approaches with hospital systems such as Epic, other EHRs, ServiceNow, and nurse call and other HL7-based systems.
- Design RTLS and location-based solutions using Kontakt.io and partner infrastructure.
- Create technical documentation, statements of work, and solution designs.
- Use AI tools for research, demo and PoC preparation, proposal drafting, and call follow-up, and share effective practices with the team.
- Bring customer feedback to Product Management to shape roadmap priorities.
- Deliver onboarding and training for internal teams, partners, and customers.
