Quality Control Field Technician

Perform product hardware installations for pilot customers and projects requiring up to 90% travel.
Manage inventory, tools, and travel logistics for site installations.
Execute software-to-hardware commissioning and firmware updates to specifications.
Conduct field inspections and routine testing to verify product quality and compliance.
Document and escalate deviations from quality standards.
Record and maintain field data and test results in company databases.
Prepare comprehensive reports on findings, trends, and quality issues.
Serve as primary client contact on-site and train customer resources.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
