- Background in talent acquisition, human resources, people operations, or related functions.
- Effective and clear communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence individuals across various levels and channels (in person, online, in writing).
- Strong project management skills – navigating ambiguity, handling competing priorities, ensuring follow-through and independently managing tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with modern people technologies (ATS, CRM, HRIS) and the savvy to pick up new tools and knowledge quickly.
- An eye for detail, ensuring high quality in your work while also delivering at speed.
- Desire to continuously learn, upskill yourself and improve your environment, for example through productizing processes and ways of working.
- Running the full-cycle hiring process for Costa Rica based roles – from establishing success criteria and crafting job adverts to sourcing, coordinating interviews and owning the overall candidate experience.
- Facilitating regular hiring syncs and discussions to ensure alignment, calibrate strategies, gather feedback and provide updates.
- Providing guidance and coaching on assessment and evaluation practices, ensuring consistent application of our leveling and competency frameworks.
- Assisting with offers, contract staging, employment setup, onboarding logistics, and new hire orientation programs.
- Maintaining and optimizing our tech stack for efficient pipeline management, streamlined onboarding, and compliance.
- Researching trends and innovative approaches to talent attraction and retention, informing our broader people strategy and compensation structure.
- Contributing to strategic projects, including engagement, development, and DEIB initiatives.
