Clarify is building the AI-native CRM, a platform engineered from the ground up for modern go-to-market teams. You will help sales teams move beyond manual data entry. We provide smarter automation and AI that truly understands your pipeline. Our platform helps founder-led startups and early-stage sales teams focus on what matters most. We empower you to close deals faster and more efficiently.

How We Work

You will join a team of approximately 25 people who are rethinking the CRM category. We value foundational decisions that shape how the product scales. We operate with a hybrid model, preferring Seattle-based employees in our Pioneer Square office three days a week. For those outside Seattle, we are a fully distributed team. We gather the entire team 2-3 times annually for enriching offsites. This structure balances focused in-person collaboration with remote flexibility.

Engineering at Clarify

You will build the interfaces that bring AI to life for sales teams. We craft how users interact with powerful LLM-powered features. This includes conversational search, data enrichment, insights, and workflow automation. You will shape how AI surfaces in our product and establish our frontend architecture. Our stack centers on React, TypeScript, and Next.js. We focus on strong frontend architecture, state management, and performance for data-heavy AI interfaces. You will solve complex problems, balancing speed and quality when shipping features from concept to production. We value engineers who can define API contracts and data patterns across teams. You will also create frontend infrastructure, tooling, testing, and deployment pipelines.
